Piposto offers a range of fresh flowers, bouquets, and other floral arrangements for delivery within Hong Kong. Piposto offers the highest quality of products and service and allows you to browse, select, and arrange delivery of our floral products through our online shop.

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all our products closely match their actual images, however, slight differences in colors, sizes, and looks might occur due to the nature of fresh flowers. All arrangements are handcrafted. We guarantee using the freshest flowers for each order. When a certain flower is not available, we might replace it with a similar kind of flower having equal or more value.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Piposto presently delivers within Hong Kong only. We do not ship internationally, yet. We ensure that your flowers arrive safely and on time with our delivery service, although there may be varied delivery times based on location and availability. Ensure the delivery address given is correct and complete. Piposto cannot guarantee delivery times if the delivery address is wrong or incomplete.

4. Payment Method

We only accept COD. Payment by cash at the time of delivery must be made in exact change, and the delivery crew will collect the payment upon arrival.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Piposto respects the privacy of customers and will maintain the secrecy of personal data. We never use your information with third parties for marketing purposes or any other form of distribution. All details concerning personal life are kept in safe and used solely for the order delivery and to service our customers.
