1. Returns
- Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for flowers and floral arrangements once they have been delivered or picked up.
- If the item you received is defective or wrong, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order with a picture of the damaged item.
2. Refunds
- Refund is only made in case of a damaged or wrong product as mentioned above. If you are eligible for refund, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- We take cash on delivery only; but the refund will be credited to your bank account.
3. Exchange
We do not have exchanges for flowers since every arrangement is made for your order. But if there's a problem with the flowers or you received the wrong product, we will be happy to help you with a solution.
4. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours before the delivery date. Cancellations cannot be done after that since flowers are perishable goods.
